What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. To start a return, just email us at info@modoviz.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
